New Leisure Activities During Pandemic

Hello everyone! 馃挭馃槉
Today I’m going to talk about my new leisure activities during Pandemic. For me, this pandemic has been very productive in many ways. For example, I learnt how to cook, how to use photoshop, learnt new languages with Duolingo, and started body exercises! I have learn many things really, but the exercises have been a routine since the first month of quarantine: March. Me and my boyfriend started to do exercices with a exercise routine of one series and ten repetitions. Weekly we started increasing five repetitions each serie. And in March, we were very tired with ten repetitions hahah. But now, with more time of practice, we are doing more series and 60 repetitions for each of them. The importance of this new activity in my life is that we have a better lifestyle and fitness, and we needed this change a lot. Before I didn’t see it like a good lifestyle; I usually saw sports with distance, because i think they're not for me, due to the competition aim in those things. But now i feel a personal achievement for do exercise and sport in general. Now I wake up to do it, and i hope to do it in the future without pandemic and without quarantine.

Whoaa you've been very productive, that's really good! I've wanted to exercise too but I just can't get the motivation going XD

ResponderEliminarWhat motivates you is when you see that others enjoy the sport haha I can't because I have my bad back :(
